I do left overs like pasta or soup, sometimes I make a salad & put left over meats on it and dressings... I sometimes do sandwiches and sometimes when I'm lazy I pull out our hommous (I make at least 1 batch a week) and dip some carrot or rice crackers into it.

I have some cup o' soups for the days when the kiddies are too crazy for me to be able to make anything more.

Most days I have a sandwich though... but I get hungry around 2pm if I do so I try to have something a bit more substantial which will tide me over til dinner.
