I have just made up a few containers of lasagne for after I give birth. I want to freeze it. My question is now that I've put it together, do I need to actually do the last cook, ie: after I've cooked the meat, bechamel and put it all together. It's only the pasta sheets that are actually 'raw' in it. I would assume it's ok to just let it cool and freeze it now? Then when we want to eat it I will cook it.
Also any other suggestions for easy to make and freeze meals for after birth? I've made some pea and ham soup as well and have some of that frozen, what else could I do? Maybe a chicken dish?
