    stir fry sauce

how do you make yours? i cant just go to the shops and buy one and i prefer homemade anyway but i cant find my usual recipe hopefully someone on here can give me a tasty one to go with chicken.

    I have:
    Sweet chilli sauce
    Soy Sauce
    Honey
    Stock cubes (all flavours)
White wine and red wine vinegar
    Garlic
    Ginger

i think thats all the basics covered i have quite a bit more so if your has ingredients that arent on there i would still love to know
    TIA

The stirfry sauce i use and i use this to marinate my meats too is (note do not have accurate measurements)

    Oyster sauce
a bit of sugar (1 tablespoon for marinating meat)
    some salt
a bit of sesame seed oil (optional and not used for marinating)
    a bit of pepper
a splash of fish sauce (totally optional)

    Toss meat in some cornflour

Fry garlic then meat then veggies
