I'm such an impulse buyer when it comes to things I haven't tried before I bought some Sweet Ricotta at Woolies yesterday, as it was marked down because it has a short shelf life. However, I have never used sweet ricotta in anything before Any ideas for recipes etc that use sweet ricotta?
Maybe search the web for a cheesecake recipe? Sorry, all I can think of.
I'm not sure, I just eat it on its own, sometimes in bread.
