I just make it without it if I forget and use the below ingredients

1 (15 oz) can of organic chickpeas (organic garbanzo beans)) drained
4 tablespoons organic lemon, juice
1/4 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon. ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon organic cayenne pepper
