ok my notorious MIL decided to throw a spanner in the works when she told me last night that tuna is nt safe to eat as its canned and we dont know whats in it,

is she right or just sprouting ****????

now i dont know if i can make tuna mornay for dinner?!?!?!!?

I ate tuna mornay whilst pregnant with Harrison.... I love it.
It is safe to eat canned tuna... just not huge servings too many times a week, as tuna contains mercury. A serve or 2 of tuna mornay is fine.
