Rayray, sounds very yummo - I love lasagne but havent actually tried vege lasagne. Thanks for posting this recipe. I think I might be buying some lasagne sheets on my next shopping trip!

Approximately how big does it end up being using the above amounts of each ingredient? (as in how many people do you think it would feed?)

We only have a small casserole dish - silly me broke our bigger lasagne dish, so I might need to make the quantities smaller to fit in our dish. Dont worry if you dont know, I can probably just guess the smaller quantities, lol, but I was just curious about how big it ends up as with the quantities you listed?
