    would this work ...

    So I have some pork in the fridge for dinner tonight. We don't normally eat pork but I thought we'd have something different for a change. I was thinking of marinating it in a sesame/ginger/soy sauce and serving it with mash patato & steamed vegies.
    Do you think that would work? I've read that the marinate is good for prawns, oysters or beef, but what about pork?

    ummm, I have no idea lol. Is there a better cut than others? Like I said, I just bought it for something different, I never actually eat it lol
