It's our first wedding anniversary on thurs DH had this elaborate surprise planned to take me to see Jamie Oliver Live but it kind of backfired when he postponed the show until Sat and then DH had to explain everything and the surprise got ruined.
So anyhoo I thought I'd make him a yummy 3 course candlelit dinner on Thurs instead but am finding it hard to decide what to make!

Would love some ideas...what are your favourite romantic dishes?

these are the ideas i've got so far...i'm totally stumped for entree

main-
gorgonzola, pear, rocket and walnut pasta
chicken stuffed with pancetta, brie, baby spinach and pinenuts maybe wrapped in pastry?
duck breast with celeriac mash, baby carrots and some kind of yummy glaze/reduction

dessert-
pannacotta with rosewater syrup
spiced choc pots
fig tart
