What drink to cool you down?

I have just made a drink that is a favourite here in hot weather,
    its easy and yummy

One bottle of Cranberry juice - i use the light as it has no added sugar
Some fresh mint hand torn to release flavour
    juice from one lemon
    Ice cubes

Pour into a big jug and chill

Its also really nice with Vodka - its been a while since i had that thou

Anyone else got a favourite drink to cool down with?

    Home made Lemonade?
    Home made Ice Tea?

You could make raspberry slushies too.

In a blender ice and frozen raspberries and blend, top with lemonade (and if you want it alcoholic add vodka to the ice and raspberries.

the only thing i can stomach in this heat is good old water - and i'm drinking it like a fish and still feeling dehydrated!

normally a little fresh lemon juice in water is good - it's just not working for me at the moment. our lemon tree has sweeter lemons though - that helps...

I am not a big fan water even though we have a "office type" water cooler that is filtered. So I have drunk about 10 glasses of water, about 7 with a small touch of cordial for flavour, and ice.

Good old H2O here, i never can quench a thirst with anything else.
Hang on, ice cold beer is up there after water - if i recall, that's pretty pleasing lol

Oooh a frozen coke - it has been YEARS since I had one of those and I can still remember the ice freeze headaches that went with them.

As for me, nothing beats a glass of ice cold lemonade with ice blocks in it.

Oh yeah, i always drink loads of water, but in the evening i like to have something else, like a treat... so think is what i have

HJ you could do it without the mint, i guess it would be ok - never tried it though... the mint give you a sort of zing, its really nice

Tropical Crush from Boost Juice or if I'm at home, iced water, lots of ice and a splash of lime juice cordial. I've gone through almost 2 bottles in the last 3 weeks
