    whats the best features?
Round cavity and all the pros listed below
price paid? $799 (on repayment and intrest free from Harvey Norman)
what model is it? LG Solardom
Pro's cons? Pro's so far! It's a 900watt microwave, grill, convection oven, combo oven (uses microwave and oven together to save time.)
How long have you owned your microwave? couple months
have you ever had it repaired or replaced on warrentee? no
How long was or is the warentee? not sure, think it was 12 mths, but there was the option to buy an extended one.

I have an LG microwave, one with a round cavity but not the solardom one (unfortunately)

We don't use our microwave a great lot... it mostly gets used for defrosting or reheating but is used everyday. I liked that it has a domed back, it makes it easier to heat more than 1 bowl.
From memory ours was cheap... around $200 from Good Guys.
We've had it for about a year and so many people that have seen it love it.
We got an extended warrenty on ours which is for 2 yrs.

    Thumbs up

Anytime I need to use an oven basically! I bake in it, cook dinners in it. I have a regular oven in this new place and it's massive, but I've never used it! I love conventional oven side of things. Only problem is if you're baking and you've already hit pre-heat and then you need to melt something etc, you have to stop the pre-heat and do what you need to do then pre-heat again. The easiest thing is do get it all ready to go right into the oven, then pre-heat, as it doesn't take very long at all!

I've even used the combination part of the oven. Part oven, part microwave. Cooked a roast in it the first night I had it... omg drool The best roast I've ever done, and it took only 30 mins to do it, instead of an hour and a bit!

Oh wow well to tell ay the truth im a bit scared to use any features on myn as i just bought one but i went for warentee rather than name brand as i tend to over use things and need to fall back on warentee's . Im a bit daunted on all the features and retaining all the things ive read.

do u have any cake recipes for it can u sue those silicon muffin and cake times in it???
