Bfast was the regular - vegemite and cheese on toast (burgen bread)

Lunch is my zucchini slice with salad (having company for lunch so making my fave)

Dinner will no doubt be left over zucchini slice with salad - not very creative today I'm sorry!

breakfast for me was rice bubbles and a cup of tea - DD didn't want anything other than boob!
lunch is left over meatballs from last night when DD wakes up.
    yogurt for arvo tea
and i best go check if DH got some meat out of the freezer - not srue if we're having enchiladas for dinner or whether it will be something else (will depend on whether he got chooken out of the freezer last night - i have a feeling he didn't - think it might end up being something with mince lol)

Re: What are you eating today?

We had weetbix for breakfast. Had playgroup today so I snacked on chocolate sweets and DS snacked on biscuits and fruit. For lunch DS had a big bowl of natural yoghurt and a banana and a kiwi fruit whilst I had leftover tuna bake.

For dinner we are just about to have steamed breast of chicken slices with a sweet and sour sauce alongside a timbale of rice (ie. Sweet n sour chicken, trying to make it sound fancy lol).

girls i do have to say that tonight dinner was BLOODY AMAZING... even if i do say so myself

The meat was the most tender meat i have ever tasted in my life, DP's cousin was here bringing his new go-kart so i took some out for him to taste test, he can be quite picky but said he loved it and would be happy for me to serve that any time.... little did i know he was hinting he wanted some!
I said i wanted him to taste it so if it went chewy b/w then and when DP got home i had a witness to say it was awesome.. DP just ate it and said it's GREAT (for once).

DD1 had 2 servings so it must have been good, i have put 2 small portions in the freezer for her to have for lunches during winter... mmm yum!
