DS and DD2 have toast with vegemite on it. DD1 has wheat bix/vita brits or porridge followed by toast or fruit. She's a brekky fanatic and would make it a 5 course meal if she had the time Dh has Wheat Bix every morning too. I'm really bad i don't have breakfast.

5 or 6 days a week it's weet-bix. If I leave bowls out the night before Yasin gets it for him and Imran so I doze with one ear open while they eat it.
1 or 2 days a week it's something cooked by someone else. We go out for breakfast or get manoush. Very, very rarely I cook eggs.
I'm not much of a morning person so my breakfast is usually a cup of coffee.

I have Jalna strawberry yoghurt... except I've run out

Otherwise I have either corn flakes (Sanitarium ones with a reasonable ingredient listing), vita brits, porridge or toast.

DD1 usually has weetbix then yoghurt. DD2 has porridge then toast. I usually have weetbix or toast. On the weekends I'll cook bacon, eggs with baked beans.

Most mornings I have porridge, or Carmen's fruit free muesli on the rush mornings. About once a week we will have the cooked breaky of bacon, eggs, mushrooms. The kids will tend to have toast or cereal (wheatbix mostly, but sometimes rice bubbles).

DD is only 7 months so either has some of my porridge or some avocado on toast. Sometimes will have whatever fruit we have around with jalna but generally I am lazy in the mornings so it is just oats because that is what I have haha.

Vegemite/peanut butter toast or sandwiches, then weetbix most mornings. If I'm feeling energetic I will do eggs for DD and DH if he's home- boiled with soldiers or fried on toast with bacon if we have any or baked beans on toast. Some mornings I will make pancakes, fruit muffins (blueberry/apple/banana with bran) or french toast but that's not often. In winter we have hot porridge.
I'm not a huge fan of breaky and would not eat if I didn't know it's better for me to eat! I have a coffee when we get up at the crack of dawn (usually 5-6am) and then something more substantial at about 8ish. That's when I cook if I feel like it for the kids and DH.

During the week it's cereal (museli or weetbix) with toast and on weekends we have cooked breakfasts. Anything like pancakes, eggs, bacon, french toast, omelettes. Or any combo of them.

We're trying to do the 'big breakfast' thing here, to encourage healthier eating habits for DS at breakfast time as neither of us have them. So on the good days we have
cereal (weetbix and banana for DS, allbran for me).
    toast (veg or pb).
yoghurt if we can squeeze it in.
glass of water (or milk for ds).

eating breakfast makes me super starving all day which i have trouble dealing with as i dont get time to really snack at work.

We rotate through a number of breakfast foods, including:
Weetbix (I buy the Weetbix brand for the iron, even tho it has more sugar than Vitabrits)
    Porridge
Toast with vegemite (my fave!) and honey
    Crumpets
    Guardian cereal
Yoghurt with Guardian, muesli or a low-GI cereal like Sustain mixed thru

Of a weekend, DH likes to cook us a hot breaky most sundays. Exploring the wonders of Bircher museli at the moment!

I do buy *those* cereals sometimes, but they tend to be eaten as snacky treats and not with the pretense of healthy breakfast food!

    I have either:
Weetbix with skim milk and sliced banana
Toast with reduced fat cheese and banana
    Toast with peanut butter
If I'm running late or heading off somewhere, sometimes I have an up and go drink
    Occasionally scrambled egg
Occasionally a smoothie - skim milk, I weetbix, I banana, teaspoon milo

We usually have weetbix with soy milk and honey, or baked beans on toast. DH and DS like porridge too but I gag on it.

We have most days porridge with cinnamon, LSA, a little honey or maple syrup and stewed apples.
Some days it's eggs - scrambled with mushrooms.
The kids will have toast with that - I buy Golden Hearth the linseed bread so it's low GI.
I like to send them off with a full tummy so I know they have got fuel in their tanks.
I soak the oats overnight so I just have to light the saucepan and it cooks pretty quick.

On the weekends I make oat cakes with maple syrup, paris creek yoghurt and strawberries. Pretty dang spesh. Sometimes we have bacon - but I buy it from an organic butcher that doesn't use the nitrates...

Most days we have weetbix with fruit or toast. DH sometimes has just right but I don't like it cos it has sultanas in it. DS will sometimes have porridge but mostly it's weetbix. On Sundays I usually cook blueberry or banana pancakes or scrambled eggs on toast.

Most days we are a toast and cereal family, but every Sunday we are a pancake family!!!

We have a few traditions in our house and Sunday mornings are pancake and fruit breakfasts. We use wholemeal flour and linseeds in our pancakes but still use syrup. Yum can't wait for tomorrow
