Homemade pita pizzas... DS helped make them in attempt to get him to eat!!
MrsS- I LOVE brussel sprouts!
... don't know why i popped in here maybe out of humour or to punish myself, LOL as i had a Doc's appt today to try & find out why i have had constant nausea for 2weeks now (find out next Tues) ... so anyway, DP rang me before if there is anything he could get me from the supermarket that i might feel like to eat ... and i said yeh get me the most boring ** plain yogurt **, so yep that's my dinner as for he & DD looking like leftover spag bowl ;)
******* Madissun ... what does your DS have on them ? i should get my DD to have a go at them on pita, she loves putting pizza toppings on !!!!!!!!
:dunno:
i'm such a bad mother.
Oh you are not TD!!!
BBQ at dads for dinner tonight, MMMM! Cant wait!
I think I'll do corned beef for tea. I have a zillion of them in the freezer and it seems lke a good day for it.
So glad this popped up when i hit new posts, I forgot that I'm putting a chook in the SC for dinner tonight.. might have some steamed vegies with it as well?
Sausages & veg here tonight
No stir pumpkin risotto :D
I have only done it a couple of times, and last one was quite a while ago. Last one i did I just put in the SC with enough water to barely cover the bottom of the SC. By the time it was ready to eat, it had juices almost half way up the side of the chicken. I sprinkled a packet of french onion soup mix over the top of the chicken before putting it in as well..
I did read of some girls on here putting a saucer upside down in the SC and placing the chook on top of it. But I think i might just put the chook in without anything and let it go. The chicken I picked up has some seasoning on it already, so hopefully it tastes nice!
hmm i wonder if i could put it on a cooling rack in there? I might give it a go! Thanks Nic x
