Oooh o want pies now! Not sure about tonight, but last night we had homemade Pho - it's a Vietnamese dish' my fave. Bought some garlic BBQ chicken bits (skin on) from the Asian grocer, took off the skin and boiled it to make a broth. Shred the chicken. Add to the broth dried corriander, some corriander and garlic powder, chopped carrots. Add vermicelli noodles, shredded chicken and some spongy tofu cubes. Pour into a bowl and serve with fresh bean sprouts, Chinese mint and a lemon wedge with a side of bok-choy stir fried in a little garlic butter. Devine.
