tinned spaghetti jaffles for the kids and dh, plus tomato soup and toast for dh and I. gourmet dining here tonight.
I think it's got something to do with actually taking your time to eat it instead of swallowing it whole before the kids catch you haha:
Tonight was fisn'n'chips with a pineapple fritter and watermelon.
And now I'm having wine.
We had pork chops and salad.
chicken kievs and mashed potato.
Pork stir fry and noodles :)
Rolled roast beef (grown locally less than 1km up the road) plus roast veg.
Roast lamb yum!
roast with my bro and sil - bro and dh like one meat, sil and i like different - so cooking both (and leftovers will make other meals!)

home made gravy
thankfully left over roast is yummy cos we'll be eating left overs for a few days - but we've now lived here three years this week, and this is the first time we've caught up with bro and sil for a dinner that isn't an "event" - and we've been trying to plan this for months, but something always happens to cancel it lol

No idea what we'll have tonight but now I'm hungry!
Last night we have chicken kiev, chips and salad.
Homemade sausage rolls and Greek style lemon chicken soup. I am also making magic bean cake for lunches, so that will be dessert.
Oh, and probably beer

We are having friends over for a BBQ, I'm also making a pumpkin and rocket salad and baking a date, ginger and golden syrup loaf.
Was roast lamb shoulder and veggies, and it was awesome! :)
Corned beef, mashed potato and steamed vegies with white sauce.
Leftover pasta with crumbed fish and veg here...a nice lazy dinner! Sunday seems to be roast night - it often is here too ;)

Ham and cheese toasties here.
Pork ribs (recipe for riches sauce thingo) baked jacket potatoes and DH made a salad.
I've also made a roast tomato soup that is sitting in the slow cooker for tomorrow. To be served with crusty rolls.
And today I baked... Chocolate muffins, banana cake and jam drop biscuits. All packaged up and frozen for school lunches during the week.
Dumplings and strawberry ice cream.
Some oxtail stew that I bought from woollies. Y'know from the woman who won last night on Recipe to Riches. Thought it'd make an easy dinner for us tonight.
The lamb loin chops that were under half price at Woolies ;) With mushroom sauce, haloumi and salad.
