Fresh Barrumundi fillets - with a new side recipe I made up
Slice Pumpin, carrot, 3 coloured capsicums, onion into the same shape, mix with olive oil, garlic and seseme seeds, place in microwave for 15 mins, then pop on BBQ plate when bbq is nearly ready, so good !

I have had this meal in my mind to cook for ages, and have been so preoccupied that I keep on forgetting to put the slow cooker on, so last night I pulled the slow cooker out and will put dinner on NOW!!!

Sausages, plain rice and peas for the girls. Yellow thai curry and rice for DH and I, all cooked in the steam oven so I can just throw it in and leave it. Figure I'll start off with a mild one and see how DD3 goes with it. hope she's ok cos I love curry, especially on a cold winter night

I really need to learn how to order the right weights of food when online shopping- have a million capsicums so am making tomato and capsicum soup - hoping it's ok because there is enough to feed an army!!! :rofl: Also have leftover roast chook with pasta for kids and salad for me.
