Whats a great EASY cupcake recipe I could do right now?

My 18 month old son is asking for cake so I was hoping to make a few little plain cupcakes with the ingredients I have.... flour sugar, icing sugar,butter bicarb soda, cocoa? any help please oh I have eggs too !!!

Bit late..I just made some and they were really really yummy!

Got the recipe from the Taste website

2 cups SR Flour
3/4 cup castor sugar
3/4 cup milk
125g melted butter..cooled
2 x 59g eggs
1 Tsp vanilla essence

Icing

1 1/2 cups icing sugar
food color
1-2tbls water

Preheat over to 200deg. Grease a 12 x 12 capacity muffin pan. Alternatively line with paper cases. Combine flour and caster sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the centre
Add milk, butter, eggs and vanilla to flour mixture. Using a large metal spoon, stir gently.
Spoon mixture into prepared muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 mins or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand in pan for 5mins befrore transferring to a wire rack for cooling.

Make Icing..Sift icing sugar into a bowl. Add food coloring and water. Stir until smooth and well combined. Spoon over cupcakes and decorate with lollies or sprinkles.

These are soooo moist and yummy!!
