I chose school teachers as parents

I have done a bit of everything mentioned. DP and I staggering leave, DD going to ex for half hols (only happened for a couple of years), holiday program (can get very expensive if you don't qualify for CCB), friends , inlaws, etc, etc .... mostly though, we rely on DD going to my parents' (who live two hours away).
