I doubt any judge will insist a child attend two schools. That's ridiculous and you could argue that it is not in the best interest of the child.

yes, its not reasonable for a child to attend two schools! No stability, and I would think that their education would suffer, as two different environments/curriculum/friends etc.

Well good news is we managed to come to an agreement and so I will have DS with me full time.. Kids won't be separated. Hoorah!
