Christening

Hello, just a question that I hope people may be able to help me with. I am expecting a DS and would love to have him christened a Catholic as I am however I am not a "practising" one but I certain believe in God but XP disagrees with it. . . Can I still baptise DS without XP's consent?

Whatever XP doesn't know, can't hurt him. I will just have baby christened as a Roman Catholic - I doubt that he will be able to access a solicitor to do a court order to prevent this but he cannot contribute any money to buying what DS needs. . . I am bad
