Exactly myboysmumma.... Surname makes no difference to legal rights. Its being on the birth certificate that does.
I thought the 'D' in DP, DF, DD etc was for 'Dear'. Oh well, either way it works!
That's great Maree that you have resolved that issue! I think 'DF' is for dear/darling fiance.
