Anyone know where I can buy pizza trays?, I am looking for the small aluminum ones like you get in a pizza shop????

We got two awesome ones with holes in them (to crisp up the base) from Aldi.

We have a bread shop that orders trays in for you if they don't have any in stock

i picked up my much loved, ex-pizza shop tray from St Vinnies years ago.
the non-stick one my dh bought a couple of years ago doesn't hold a candle to my 50c purchase.
perhaps try the 2nd hand shops, never know your luck.



otherwise a speciality kitcheware store should have it... not like house, but a wholesaler/distributor that also sells to the public. most cities should have a shop like that.

alternatively, why don't you ring the pizza shop where you've seen the trays and ask them??

Found them! ... at a kitchen supplies shop "Chefs Hat" in the city. They had cool small ones like you get in the pizza shop and cute little kiddy size ones only abou 15cms diameter!... very happy.
