Ok little background
Moving interstate in 3 weeks.

Found a house - out of our $$ talked them down to $27 more a week than we can afford but i agreed i would go back to work to pay for it.

Booked removalist,, booked and advertised our house to be let out here, have application from prospective tenant need to tell them move in date today.

Got lease yesterday -they refuse to let us pay DD, Bpay or credit - have to use their bookeeping service (reconnect card) which will cost us $300 a year in fees.

Pushes our rent over $30 a week more than we can afford

Getting ridicuolous, if we take the house we are going backwards in money, if we dont wont have a house here and a removalist will prob charge cancellation

Oh no PP, that must be so stressful. I think it's really wrong to force you to pay that way - have you checked with the REIQ equivalent whether it's legal?

Or as Mel said, you could just stay here with us LOL!
