Post baby seemed to mean the beginning of more bladder problems, constantly ducking to the loo throughout the day and interrupting sleep. Anyway I'm not sure if this will be of any use to anyone else but found a product called Advacare Bladder Care, which decreases frequency, soothes and strengthens.
