Loss of Pregnancy Symptoms on AF Due Date

    hi all

I still remember I have tender, enlarge breast on dpo13. On dpo14, I feel a sharp pain on the right side at midnight, then I feel all the symptoms go away from the next day. I thought I didn't pregnant and AF is coming. But on dpo18, AF not coming so I did a test, it's

I am confused, because until now, I feel nothing. All the symptoms already gone on dpo14. Today is dpo20. No feeling, no pain, no period.

Do you ever feel the same?

    Hi Catherine,

Apparently I was told the symptoms could come and go during early pg. To ease your mind maybe go to your dr and ask for a hcg blood test to measure where it is at. If you don't have AF yet, that is good sign that the pg is going o.k. In my first pg I had light spotting with full on pg symptoms (because I always get sore boobs until 1-2 days after AF arrives even when I am not pg)

During this pg I got full breasts but the amount of soreness varies from day to day.

    Hope that helps.

And congrats by the way. Wishing you a H&H 8 months or so ahead.

congrats on your BFP - wishing you a wonderful pg!

Dont stress about symptoms - before my blood test I was getting heartburn for a few days - this is something I never get and at that stage I thought I was pg (fingers crossed) - the day after my blood test - nothing...no sore bb's nothing (and they have never really got sore at all). I had some twinges in the abdo but they could have been AF pains or anything and were not frequent...

The only real symptoms I had in the first 12 weeks was tiredness, and then from about 6 weeks on hunger...oh and consitpation from from about 8 weeks one (look forward to that one)...

So dont stress about a lack of symptoms - they will come (and then you wont want them ).

Wishing you all the best - and once again - congrats

Lesson learnt: Don't read too much into symptoms...

    Hi Farmgirl77,

Thank you! I'm now more relieved. I think I was reading too much into symptoms. You know, after reading so many people having so many symptoms and made me wonder why I don't feel much.

I'm more relaxed now. Right now 5weeks+, still not feeling much but yeah, hope everything will be Ok and can't wait to hear the heartbeat.

    Breast shrinking?

Do you feel breast shrinking at week5 +? I felt it since yesterday! Weird.

5/June: HCG 5000+ Symptoms gone, except abdominal discomfort, squeeze the nipple to feel the soreness, u/s can only see sac, nothing else.
8/June: HCG 12000+ Symptoms gone, except abdominal discomfort, squeeze the nipple to feel the soreness
9/June: Symptoms gone, breast shrinking, no soreness, don't feel like eating at all

    Am I OK?! Help!!

I firmly belive that the only reliable 'symptom' at this stage is a rising HCG - dont stress about the other stuff - it will just do your head in (trust me on that one).

No two people (or even pregnancies) will have the same symptoms at the same time, our bodies react differently to the hormones being produced. I know how hard it is to hold onto the belief that you are still pg - I think I did a POAS at 11 weeks because I was not feeling any 'symptoms' (except being tired), and thought that it was all over!

In a week or twos time you can have an ultrasound which should pick up a heartbeat which can help to make it all that more beliveable! I know that it is impossible not to stress, but I hope that you are able to belive that you are still pg - symptoms or no symptoms...but if you are really in doubt, ask for another HCG test to put your mind at ease (at least for a few more days )

    good luck
