What would you do???

I want to take up an extra day of work until the end of the year when we are hoping to fallpregnant again.

DD is currently really settled and happy in FDC but my carer doesn't have another vacency. We need to this this to bring in a little extra money because we are struggling at the moment.

How would you approach this?? Would you try and find a different carer that has vacencies available on all 4 days or leave her where she is for those 3 days and find somewhere else for that one day a week?????

i would find another carer personally..as i think it would get to confusing going from one to another every week

I have used 2 different carers (long day care and occasional care) when DD1 was 2. She handled it quite well. I know your child is much younger, but you could find a 2nd carer and see how she goes before making the huge decision of changing her main carer. Is there occasional care near you that you could try?

I think try having a second carer for the extra day. I think she will like that better than a complete change. You might find someone lovely, or your current carer might end up having a vacancy. Have a look and see whats available anyway.
Also have you tried looking at simple savings website or there are many others similar? It really helped me cut back costs and therefore not need extra income, well most of the time anyway... looks at table beside me with sale bags on it
