    Thumbs up Apricot Frangipani Gratin

    Apricot and frangipani gratin
    1 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
    80 g butter, softened
    ? cup caster sugar
    1 egg
    825 g can apricot halves in natural juice, drained

    Preheat oven to 200?C. Place almond meal, butter, sugar and egg in a food processor. Process until well combined.
    Arrange apricots, cut side down, in a shallow, 6-cup capacity ceramic baking dish. Spoon almond mixture over apricots and spread
    evenly to cover. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Serve.

    Could it be any easier???? YUM! Would be good with other fruits too I would imagine, but I love apricots. Will definitely be giving it a go, thanks Cai

    i cant help bar to laugh at this mind u i always laugh at the word frangipani hahaha i couldn't imagine eating this with that word in the title . thank my mom for that!! she calls a part of the female body that hehe

    Oh... DROOL!

    Baking style is frangipane, where the flower is actually frangipani, if that helps you to eat it. As if you need any help!
