I think it might be pretty cold in a camper - there's no aircon is there? For me if you're talking Blue Mountains, your talking roaring log fires!
So this bubs no2. has thrown our Christmas holiday plans out the window.
We have decided we still really want a holiday before this bubs comes along, so I've talked my DH into taking Charlie to see Thomas at the Zig Zag Railway
I'm really excited about it & looking forward to Charlie's reaction etc. We live in Rural QLD, so will be driving down taking prob 2days there & back a different route each time.
My question is.....DH wants to save cash & has suggested we hire a camper trailer (will save heaps on accom).........but it will be mid July............are we crazy, is it just going to be way too freezing cold to be in a camper trailer that time of year in the Blue Mountains??? I'm bit of a princessand do like my comforts & i'm worried we will all be far too cold to enjoy it LOL. What do you think?

It gets freezing in July. I think you would be better looking for cheap motel or cabin packages, you can get some really good deals. Unless you can get a camper with heating. We already have a heater going in ds's room most of the day & night and have the main heater on at night and in the morning.
