HI All,

Finally found a washing machine that got good reviews. Does anyone own an Electrolux and what do they think of it?

This is the model i am interested in 8kg. 1200rpm spin speed. 4 star energy. WELS 4.5 star, 68L/wash. Big value. EWF1083

Does anyone have a washing machine they absolutely swear by which is under $700 (after $150 rebate?)

I will be interested in this thread. We have a Hoover and its done it job well. Its about 5 years old. Its not very energy effiencent according to the sticker.

I have an Hitachi top loader which I love because the agitator is just in the bottom so the clothes don't get tangled. I have had it for years with no problems.
It spins well and can do different size washes, spins and rinses.
Another thing I like about the top loader is that if you want to throw something after it starts you can and it washes quicker than a front loader.

Pheonix.....My mum has just bought that front loader and loves it to death already in a week!! She said is fanitastic and the cycle loads are alot shorter then her old front loader.

Forgot to update this but we purchased a washing machine a few weeks ago. LOVE IT.

I read the reviews on it and everyone loves it (4.5 stars for the reviews).

It is the bosch frontloader. The only problem is that we got a 6.5kg which is quite small.

There is a 15min option which is great for towels and new clothes and it gives u the remaining time!

LOVE IT. Btw it is 4.5 star water rating too.

The model is WAE20260AU ( I THINK)
