its so frustrating everytime i got to register for centrelink online services i get to the password and pin stage and click register or next it says the service is unavailable try again later how many times do i have to try again later?????????????? and now its not even letting me get to that stage i just want to punch the computer screen and calling them makes me even more mad coz it takes all day on the phone
So you're trying to log on through the Centrelink website? And you've got your Customer Reference Number or Customer Access Number (yes, these are 2 different numbers) and password?
squidipa: you'll need to phone centrelink and have your password changed if you want to reset your secret questions and answers.
