Removing mould from a pram

Anyone know how to remove mould spots from a pram??? I can only see spots on the front handle bar and the part where the clips go through (if that makes sense).

I had a stroller that got mould on the seat cover (after lending it to someone who got it muddy and then folded it up and left it ). I used slightly watered down Domestos and scrubbed it into the fabric with a toothbrush, then left it in the sun to dry. This got most of it off

Ooh, glad I saw this, I have a spot on my big 3 wheeler that I need to clean. I don't think it'll get much use this time around because I have a double, but I'd like to sell it eventually.
