Anyone have a Holden Zafira?

We are looking at buying our first ever car (DH and I are finally going for our Ls in a couple of weeks - he's 40 and I'm 30 !) and we will be needing a 7 seater. Neither of us know anything about cars so wondering if anyone knows anything about the Holden Zafira? Are they any good? Otherwise we're open to any suggestions of good second hand cars.

We looked at a Zafira but they were just way too small for us.
My DH used to have a Barina as a work car and it was tiny, the Zafira is like a barina with an extra rear seat. There is no way we would have been able to fit 2 car seats and our older kids in there comfortably.
Perhaps you should just take your whole family along and see how well they fit into it first. My DS1 is quite tall so there was no leg room for him.

Thanks for the reply Lisa. To be honest we're not that worried if it is on the smaller size - for one, it's our first car and we would probably feel more comfortable driving something smaller than a giant bus on the road! And two, we only have 3 of the kids two days during the week (which they are at school) so we won't be doing a lot of driving with the whole family iykwim? The only time I guess it may be a problem is on school holidays. Thanks for pointing it out though, it is something we'll take into consideration - I guess we will have to go have a look at one so we can see how small it is!
