    should we fix now?

    just wanting opinions. we are with commonwealth on a variable rate at the moment. with their latest rise to rates do you think we should fix it now?

    we are with CBA too and I'm not that worried about it yet. Maybe you could just fix half of your mortgage if you are feeling a little worried.

    its not that i am overly worried, just that i dont want it to keep going up. its most likelyu not gonna go back down again do you think?

    Yeah, I think that the rates won't go any lower myself, but I dont think they will rise in a hurry either. So hard isnt it, it's all a game of chance really.
    Was pretty cheeky of CBA, I must say I got a bit of a shock.

    there should be some sort of law or regulation or something governing those banks, they seem to be able to do whatever they want! argh!

    yeah they do give you the poo's. It kind of makes you sick when they don't pass on the entire rate cuts cause they have high overheads to cover . Simple solution, cut back the rediculous paypackets of the CEO's and the likes, cause I don't think they warrant salaries as big as they do. Ok, off my soapbox now LOL..
