Period returning while breastfeeding?

I am just intereseted to know what first periods were like for those who got them while BFing.
I have decided that there is no such thing as too much information in these forums so here goes.
DS2 is 9 weeks today. On Sunday I started bleeding, quite light and on and off, but it has continued for 5 days now. My ob said all my tearing was healed nicely at my 6 week check, and I have had no other signs of lochia since about 5 weeks. It isn't a strange colour and no weirds smells. I decided it was my period, but I also find this strange as last time it didn't return for over 13 months and I had completely stopped BFing then, and when it did return was very heavy and painful. I thought maybe it was due to DS2 sleeping through since he was about 2 weeks old.

Anyway... has anyone else has very light periods while feeding? If so, were they regular? Or do you think I should be concerned and see a doctor (I have an appointment to see the ob again in a weeks time anyway)?

My period returned at about 7 weeks with DS, he was fully BF. It was light but the cramps I got before it came were pretty painful, mind you I never used to get them before pg. I have only had a regular period while on the pill so they weren't regular after having DS.
