relocating to Brisbane for 12 months, daycare options

DH has been offered a job in Brisbane for 12 months from beginning of next year, so we're trying to work out if we can do it. We will have a house to live in (in Oxley), DH will be working in Graceville, and I can get a transfer to Brisbane Call Centre (Centrelink) which is somewhere in the City. I will have a car, and so will DH. Does anyone know of what daycares are available in, or around Oxley, or Graceville, or somewhere in between? Even maybe between Oxley and the City? Is there a big waiting list for the daycares? When would I need to put my name down?

I think there is a big waiting list around there. When I lived in Indooroopilly the list was about 2 years long. We moved to the northside and got in straight away. So start looking!
