    Bottom question

Is it possible to have a roid or a fissure without it being painful?

(Have a little spot of red blood when I wipe after going to the loo. My lochia/bleeding has stopped I think - haven't had any for several days now. Only very small amt of bleeding from around stitches/bottom.)

Yes its possible, but be careful! I had exactly what you described but it got worse and worse... no need to go into detail but try and keep your fibre up as if it is only a small fissure a big hard poo will aggravate it.
    Congratulations on your Baby too!

I can't remember hun. I've just moved house and I threw it out ...

I know it came with an applicator for inside and you put it outside too. Maybe it started with a D?

Thanks everyone for your helpful responses.
Maybe TMI, sorry, but can anyone tell me what to look out for with a roid? Should I just go to my Dr and ask? Or is there a way I can tell myself?

If it's external it'll look like a bunch of grapes hanging out ..

    I think it's a roid. Fissures hurt....a lot!

In saying that, my roids would only hurt after I'd done a #2.

I used Proctosedyl after pushing out DS, I think this is on prescription only.

LOL your lucky than! they dont look good! i have one and it WONT go away! i have tried everything!!!! im thinking surgery is the next option!!!
so if u do have a roid - i would be getting on to it straight away before it does go external!
