Toothpaste on carpet

Well I just found my darling little DD hiding in the nursery with a tube of toothpaste rubbing it into the carpet. Cute, hey!!
So now I have four massive streaks of blue toothpaste on my carpet and I have no idea how to get it out. So please can anyone help me??
How do I get toothpaste out of my carpet???

Have you tried Eucalyptus Oil? Worked wonders on our carpet to get tar stains off! And it smells nice too. I just put a little bit on a cloth and dabbed it on the spot, then rubbed it gently (tried not to scrub it), the black marks came off beautifully and with not much effort at all.
