Online birthing classes

Hi all!
Does anyone know of any online birthing classes? Preferably one that has information on drug-free options. I'm allergic to most pain medicine. I don't know what they put in an epidural so I don't know if that will be an option.
I'm in Vietnam so I don't have access to a midwife, just bellybelly and a couple of pregnancy books.
I'm going to return to Australia at 35 weeks but I think that will be too late for classes. I'd also like something written down that DP can look over. We really have no idea what we're doing and I'm a bit scared about the pain.

have a look at birthskills.com.au - I used them last preg. They sent me cd's to listen to. Hypno-birthing based info. Fabulous.

I wonder if it's too miserly of me to plan to do the last-minute package. It's half the price of the distance one.

To be honest I can't remember the name of the package I did... but it was around $110. Whatever it was it was good. I started at around 28 weeks I think.
