PG specific exercise classes around Moonee Ponds (VIC)
Hi all,
Before I got pregnant I used to go to the gym 4 times a week, twice with a personal trainer. During my first trimester I was very sick, so couldn't go. Now I'm keen to get back into the swing of exercising.
However my great personal trainer has moved to Adelaide and I'm not confident the other guys there understand about the difference for when a women is pregnant.
So, I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for any PG specific classes around my area. I'd travel if they were super dooper, but otherwise I'd be keen for something close to home.
Or are there other exercise options that I'm missing that anyone can suggest?
