fever during week 10

has anyone had a fever during the first trimester? i had one this week, during week 10. i hadn't taken any meds up until then but because it was fever i took panadol over 24 hours. i've had a bit of a meltdown this weekend because i'm scared it might have harmed the baby. DH tells me not to worry and that everything will be fine but its hard not to stress a bit. has anyone else had the same experience? was your baby fine?

try not to stress, panadol is perfectly fine during pregnancy... i had the flu a few weeks back and panadol was a godsend!
