CT not snapping properly - replacement?

I have a CTCouture that DF is insistent does not snap properly.
It's the only one that does it, and regularly comes apart under clothes and DS ends up soaked in wee... especially when DF has him in legs and forgets he has put the dud snap nappy on... and he wees all over the bed...

I always remember it being difficult to snap but it has gotten progressively worse to not snapping at all!

Anywaaaay.... does anyone know if I am able to send back for a replacement?

Do I contact CushieTushie or the retailer whom I purchased it from?

I just posted one back today as the snaps fell off after about 2 wears! I bought it from a BB lady who is a CT consultant but emailed the main email address on the site and Shell (at CTs) got back to me within a few hours and said she was really happy to replace it.

You can either contact CT themselves (Shell is lovely to deal with) or you can go through the retailer.

unfort some times if you dont sna them hard enough then they dont click, if you have someone near you with a snap press they might even be able to give the snaps a going over..

but either way shell will be happy to help you out

Thanks for posting this question, I am having trouble with one of the snaps on one of our CT's...but I wasn't sure if I could do anything about it as Jack has worn it probably 5 or 6 times.
