Divvy is a barrister.
There are other solicitors on here, but I don't know which area they practice in. I've worked in family law, so I know the basics, but not enough to probably help.

Darl, if you have no luck on here, then look up the Law Institute of Victoria. They will list firms with their specialties and give you a referral which will give you the first 30 minutes of advice for free. Just have a look at their website, it's all on there.
