    honey joys

    90g butter or marg
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tbsp honey
    4 cups corn flakes

    preheat oven to 150
melt marg sugar and honey together in a saucepan until frothy
add corn flakes and mix well
spoon into paper patty cases (approx 20)
bake in slow oven (150) for 10 minutes
    allow to cool

    Thumbs up

Yep, halved the ingredients & all is fine ... Makes about 14 small patty pans sized, great for little hands (well, 3 year olds anyway) ... DD ate three, um better store 'em away now

    Thanks heaps BG

(By the way, incase anyone is wondering by the time we eat dinner late in this household due to DD's Daddy travelling so far to get home & later than most Dad's i would imagine !!)
