Question about codes on pathology report

I got a suprise bill in the mail ($237) from S&N today - for what I assume must have been pathology on samples taken during my lap last week. Fine....anyone give me any ideas what the codes are for?

Hi Aussie,
I am not sure what they are, you can ring Medicare and sometimes they can advise you, actually you can probably put a claim in at medicare for the account, and get a rebate back
