    Best Price for Huggies?

We used Huggies for DS during the newborn period and plan to do so for this bub. I bought a couple of boxes of newborn nappies on special while I was pregnant last time when they went under $30. I haven't been keeping track of the prices so wondered what would be the cheapest you would see a box of Huggies for these days so I know when to buy or to keep looking.

    Thanks

I think they're about $42 or something like that... if you have a baby bunting store nearby, they sell bulk boxes... newborn nappies are $49.95 for 144 nappies

Thanks Mum2MissM. I am already a convert to Aldi nappies for DS and love them I just wasn't sure how well they work for newborns as I have heard they can be a bit big for small bubs. Are they just as good at the newborn stage?

Just a word of advice....i just had my Harry 4 weeks ago, and whilst he was a 4.3kg bub, he prob wore the newborns for 10 days.....when irealised we had severe leakage probs (i.e nappies were too small). So my advice is, if you have had largeish babies (all my have been 4kg+), then i would buy a 54 pack of newborns, and go for the 4-8kg nappies once baby is here (they come in girls and boys pack). Im currently offloading my 1.5 boxes of newborn huggies left to pregnant friends....feels like such a waste....of $$$$....

i got boxes of huggies at the local foodworks last week for $29.99 a box!! so i got 3 boxes. Otherwise you can get them cheap at baby bunting- i think it was around $50 for a big bulk box- or safeway at 2 for $66

Woolworths here has Huggies on special this week two boxes for $66.
I found the infant size of Snugglers (from BigW) are great for my DD2, they are cheap and very rare that we get leakage. I started using the Infant size once she was a month old.
