FTB - payment significantly less than estimator

The FTB estimater on the FAO website estimates we should get $345 a fortnight, however we are getting $78???

Does this sound like they are paying the minimum amount and withholding the rest until EOFY? Which is not what I asked for -- can they do this without me wanting it done that way if Ive elected to recieve payments fortnightly?

I went over this with the CSR on the phone twice grrrrr

    I got a whole $1 this week
Try and be patient when calling, as you can imagine everyone is ringing as it's a new financial year so the phones lines are a lot busier than usual at the moment.

If you sign up to the online services for FAO then you can see what your last payment is and what your next payment is going to be (as well as having access to a whole history of payments). There is also all the other details on there that you have told FAO about so you can check that it is what you told them it would be.

also its worth remembering that payments can slowly increase over time as it adjusts to updated estimates.
