    Question Position of baby?

    Hi all

Just wondering if any one can shed some light on what position what baby should be in at 26/27 weeks pregnant. Is it still crossways or will it have moved into a head down position yet? I know that babies can be breach so they can be head up etc etc but was just wondering if at this stage it will have changed position. I know I was told earlier in the pregnancy that the baby would be crossways at that stage but that as the pregnancy progressed this would change. Most of my movements are down lower which was making me think that it is still is crossways inside.

Not concerned just curious .............. I've two weeks to go till my next OB visit so will ask him then but in the meantime would love your thoughts and expertiese.

    Thanks

At this stage, bubs can still be in any position. They still have room to move around. HTH

dont stress, my bubs still spins everywhere often crossways as i get kicks and punches at the same time out the sides of me then the next day its back to under my ribs, also my bub was diagonal at a scan at 23 weeks so they go everywhere, baby should get into position generally by 32 weeks.

My bubs was head down at 26 weeks but it can still spin around although my OB said it was more likely to favour that position and will most likely return to it.

A few of the girls babies in my belly group were traverse at that stage, so sideways.
