How many molars?

As the title suggests I'm wondering how many molars do toddlers get? Oskar has 2 sets - so 4 bottom and 4 top. Do they get another set? He's never been one to put things in his mouth much or fingers etc but lately he's been putting his fingers in and appearing to put them along the sides of his mouth to the back and just kinda chewing on them a bit. He's even been putting all fingers on one hand in at once too. Really weird, I can't see anything though and he's got all other teeth too.

he should have 20 baby teeth.
next molars he will get are the 6 yr old ones, they erupt behind the two he has and the first two are replace by the adult premolars.

he wont get any more till he's about 6yo. Maybe it's something else that's making him do it?

Hmmm didn't think there was any more. I've got no idea why he's doing it. The only thing which comes to mind is a little friend of his is a horror for putting things in his mouth and we've been onto him cos he's eating chalk, trying to chew rocks etc and Oskar has seen and heard this, so maybe it's made him aware or could it be Elijah being here now?
