Ovulation - Ladies I need advice

Looking for anyone who can give me advice on ovulation. Had my period on June 15 (normal cycle) then TTC on the dates based on a normal 28 day cycle. I got my period again on June 30...which is one day after ovulation. Has anyone had this problem after having a D&C. I can't seem to get back on track...how am I suppose to know when I ovulate????

Starting to get very frustrated with TTC as our little angle was conceived on the first try :(

Is your cycle normally a regular 28 days? It can sometimes take a couple of cycles to get back to normal after a m/c.

you can do a range of tests to help you pinpoint your ovulation days. There are tests you can buy from the chemist or you can even ask your doctor for a blood test to see when ovulation occurs.
I agree that your cycle can take a while to regulate ofter a mc

Firstly sorry to for your loss. It can take time for your cycle to regulate.

The best way is to start charting your cycles. From there you could start using ovulation predicition kits but this can be expensive if you don't know your cycle first.

I recommend you try Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - Fertility Charting.

I conceived in the first month after charting for a few months on this site.

I was charting my temperature and cervical mucous as well as using OPK's. That should help you understand your cycle a little better.
